Our Asset Management firm client is looking for End User Technology Specialist (APAC) to join their regional End User support team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor for business and technology matters across APAC offices.
- Provide daily end‑user and desktop support (VDI, Office 365, Mobility, Citrix, Exchange Online).
- Deliver technology training sessions and onboarding for new hires.
- Manage desktop configuration via SCCM and asset management in ServiceNow.
- Support and troubleshoot PCs, Macs, mobile devices, and related software/hardware.
- Coordinate with global IT teams on technology issues, incidents, and changes.
- Stay updated on new technologies and continuously document knowledge for internal use.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; 10+ years’ IT support experience (financial services a plus).
- Strong client-facing, communication, and interpersonal skills with executive presence.
- Proficiency in Windows, Mac, Office 365, Zoom, Teams, and Citrix environments.
- Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow) and Active Directory management.
- Working knowledge of Market Data systems (Bloomberg, FactSet) and telephony tools.
- Fluent in English and proficient in Chinese for business communication.
